Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We will review applications, and shortlisted speakers may be contacted for a short follow-up conversation to discuss the proposed content, format, and presentation. Final speaker acceptance is subject to this review and confirmation by the conference team.

This title will be the primary information used on our website and in our marketing to attract attendees to your talk. Keep it short (less than 65 characters).
Describe your talk and what attendees can expect to learn. 2–4 paragraphs is a suitable length. We will publish the abstracts on our website.
What industry or profession do you target with the talk?
The GAIA Conference attracts a broad audience, from academics and long-time practitioners eager to learn the latest in their field to users of AI and people looking to learn how to apply AI in their organisation. Pick the difficulty you intend with your talk so that we can balance the program for all parts of the audience.
We may have slots longer than our typical 20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions allocated for technical deep dives. Select the type of slot that best suits your talk.
If you are not selected and a speaker cancels at the last minute, would you be available as a backup speaker to take their place?
Backup speaker availability: select this option only if you are genuinely willing and able to commit to the role if called upon. Backup speakers may be contacted at relatively short notice, and we expect you to make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request. Please do not select this option to express interest in participating.
